Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using SouqHartna App. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the App.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
1. SouqHartna is a free mobile app for selling, buying and trading used and new products freely.
2. Some services are chargeable upon users’ requests.
3. Prohibited actions that may lead to suspend your accounts or Legal prosecution include but not limited to:
-Using the app unlawfully
-Harassing, threatening, abusing or intimidating other users
-Impersonating someone else and using someone else's account
-Spamming other users
-Reverse engineering the app
-Developing third party apps that interact with the app without legal agreement.
4. In case of breaching any of these terms, we reserve the right to terminate your account and/or accessing the App. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or harm resulted from this termination.
5. Phone numbers and emails are not shared with any parties
6. Meeting new people for trading, buying or selling shall be done in safe conditions such as meeting in public places or through day, SouqHartna is not responsible for any meetings.
7. SouqHartna is not responsible for types of products, conditions or prices.
8. SouqHartna connects buyers and sellers directly, with no responsibility for any misbehaviour from any party. Each party can report any breach by the “Report Button” in the chat page between users, or by contacting the app management by the “Contact Us” page.
9. Any financial transactions with others shall be under the users’ responsibility only.
10. SouqHartne does not take any fees from users, except:
- Reserved commercial advertisement areas if any.
- Delivery if any.
- Premium memberships if any.
- Owned products or services by the App if any.
11. In case of any illegal actions from some users, other users have the right to take legal actions against them with no responsibility for SouqHartna.
12. SouqHartna owns the right to delete any of the free posts without any obligation for justification or legal prosecution.
13. The app keeps the right to add, delete or modify these terms and conditions in future to improve performance and customer experience, and will be shared with all users.
